RASCOpump injection pumps
RASCOpump injection pumps have been specially selected and tested for use together with RASCOR injection materials. With these pumps we guarantee a smooth application of our RASCOflex products. In addition to the pump, we also offer service and repair kits for ongoing operation in the event that something should break.
RASCOpump HJP 14 II-22
The RASCOpump HJP High-Pressure grouting machine is a two-component high-pressure pump for the injection of acrylic, polyurethane or silicate grouts.
The pump delivers 86 ccm (86 ml) per double stroke with a pressure of up to 200 bar. The pressure ratio is 25:1.

RASCOpump HJP 15-25 2K
RASCOpump HJP 15-25 2K is a 2-component high-pressure grouting machine for the efficient injection of acrylate grouts in the proportions 1:1, making it an indispensable tool for construction professionals. Thanks to its versatility, RASCOpump HJP 15-25 2K can be used to apply a wide variety of materials, including low- to medium-viscosity resins, foams and gels (based on polyols, isocyanates, aqueous solutions and dispersions, epoxy resins, silicates and much more).
The pump delivers 194 ccm (194 ml) per double stroke at a pressure of up to 240 bar. The pressure ratio is 30:1.
