RASCOtec Injection Systems – meeting high demands

The RASCOtec Injection Systems feature a range of different units that are incorporated in the works to fulfil specific waterproofing functions. Units are available for construction joints, shrinkage crack control, penetrations and movement joints. The RASCOtec units are cast in during concreting and, after subsequent injection, provide a highly professional, uniform and integral waterproofing solution. The key advantage of the RASCOtec systems lies in their ability to accommodate very large joint movements thanks to the special geometry of the sections, which are in direct contact with the joint. These sections are normally filled with acrylic grout to form a grout reservoir. RASCOtec Injection Channel
The RASCOtec Injection Channel is fitted with a flexible foam insert that
enables it to lie flat over any base.
Use

RASCOtec Injection Hose C6-11
The RASCOtec Injection hose C6-11 is a very economical and effective injection system made of flexible, stable PVC. The slightly conical, slotted openings on four sides ensure easy discharge of the injection material.
Use
The RASCOtec injection hose C6-11 is suitable for preventive waterproofing of all types of construction joint in general building and civil engineering works.
RASCOtec Crack Inducer
The RASCOtec Crack Inducer is a plastics section with central injection channel used for the controlled formation and waterproofing of cracks.
Use
RASCOtec Crack Inducers may be incorporated in any building element
to allow the uninterrupted casting of concrete bays of unlimited size.

Crack Inducer.
RASCOtec Collar
The RASCOtec Collar is a groutable section made from special foam.
Use
Collars are used to waterproof junctions with penetrating components
such as pipes, shafts, groundwater relief pipes, gullies etc., regardless
of their constituent material.
RASCOtec Expansion Joint
The RASCOtec Expansion Joint unit – a combination of two injection channels and a special foam insert – is used for the flexible waterproofing of expansion joints.
Use
The standard expansion joint unit may be used to waterproof expansion joints up to 20 mm wide in general building and civil engineering works. Horizontal movement equal to 10-15% of the size of the effectively constructed joint opening may be accommodated.
