RASCOR packer systems
RASCOR packer systems have been specially selected for use with RASCOflex products. Whether for high-pressure or low-pressure injections in civil engineering or special civil engineering, these packers are perfectly suited for our injection materials. You can choose from a range of single-use plastic packers to durable stainless steel packers.
Lamella Packer
Lamella packers made of plastic have regularly arranged lamellae for stabilisation in the masonry.
They are suitable for injections with lower pressure. All RASCOflex products can be injected through the integrated flat-head or cone nipple. After injection, the lamella packer remains in the wall; only the protruding nipple has to be cut off flush. There is no need for time-consuming cleaning as needed with steel packers.
In order to hammer the lamella packer deep enough into the drill hole, we strongly recommend using an appropriate impact tool. Otherwise the injection nipple could get damaged.

Nail Packer EV / DV
Nail packers with single (EV) or double valve (DV) are suitable for high-pressure injection in structures. The use of extra thick plastic and a high-pressure nipple made of steel provide the possibility to use stronger injection pumps.
When an injection is completed, nail packers remain inside the borehole. The steel nipple, which is equipped with a non-return valve, then can simply be unscrewed.
To avoid damage to the packer, we recommend using an appropriate impact tool.

Steel Packer
Steel (screw) packers are suitable for multiple injections. The packer is equipped with a rubber sleeve which expands when tensioned in the borehole and thus creates a seal. After the injection, the packer can be removed and reapplied in a new borehole.
With the steel packer, the advantage is that it can be retightened during the injection. This is done either by hand or with a spanner.
However, the building material should be able to withstand the pressure caused by the tensioning of the packer.

Screw Packer
Our stainless steel screw packers will last you a long time. With regular cleaning and care, these packers can be used for multiple times. This saves you a lot of wear material over a longer period of time.
RASCOR screw packers are equipped with a resistant, flexible expansion hose, which anchors the packer securely and stable in the structure.
Our screw packers are available in different lengths, diameters or connections to fit perfectly into the accessory set.

Impact Tool
Nail packers are best placed with setting tools. This plastic impact aid prevents the packer nipple from being damaged when hammered into the borehole.
RASCOR recommends the purchase of appropriate setting tools in any case. We offer a suitable impact aid for each corresponding nail packer group.
