RASCOflex US Urea-Silicates – the special-purpose injection grouts
RASCOflex US Urea-Silicate grouts are used for bonding, stabilizing and void filling applications in general building construction and civil engineering works. These grouts can be split into two groups: foaming and non-foaming materials. Being insensitive to water, they cure equally well regardless of whether they come into contact with water. The foaming process is similarly independent of water contact.
RASCOflex US409
RASCOflex US409 is a fast-reacting, non-foaming, solvent-free
2-component urea-silicate resin system.
Use
RASCOflex US409 is an injection resin for the consolidation and
stabilization of soft ground, gravels, sands and generally unstable
ground and rock formations. The grout is likewise suitable for
waterproofing and structural reinforcement applications underwater.
It can also be used to stabilize sleepers and consolidate ballast in
rail track construction and for fixing anchors and grouting joints.
RASCOflex PU509F
RASCOflex US509F is a highly reactive, heavily foaming, solvent-free
2-component urea-silicate resin system.
Use
RASCOflex US509F is a heavily foaming injection resin for the
consolidation and stabilization of soft ground of soft ground, gravels,
fissures and generally unstable ground and rock formations. Other applications include void filling in tunnels, drains, sewers, canals,
hydraulic structures and special geotechnical works.
