RASCOflex PU Polyurethanes – the traditional injection solution
RASCOflex Polyurethane grouts can be split into three categories: standard PU foams, ductile two-component systems and rigid elastic two-component systems. While contact with water is key in initiating the foaming action of the PU foams – which are mainly used as a temporary water barrier – the actual polymerization process of the two-component systems and formation of a compact, durable grout body is triggered by the contact between the two components. The RASCOflex PU500 series features all types of PU foam, e.g. soft, hard, fine-pored, very heavily foaming products. As the premium product in the polyurethane range, the permanently elastic, low-viscosity RASCOflex PU110X is also frequently used in preventive waterproofing for grouting injection channels and hoses. By virtue of its modular system of additives, the rigid elastic RASCOflex PU309 series acts as a multi-purpose solution for a wide range of remedial waterproofing applications. RASCOflex PU112 is the product of choice for structural (force-transmitting) waterproofing injections.
RASCOflex PU110X
RASCOflex PU110X is a low-viscosity, elastic, solvent-free
2-component polyurethane injection resin.
Use
RASCOflex PU110X is suitable for the elastic filling/bonding of
cracks, joints and voids in all areas of building construction and
civil engineering. The reaction resin grout can accommodate a
wide range of conditions during injection – from dry to hydrostatic
pressure applications.
RASCOflex PU112
RASCOflex PU112 is a slow-reacting, solvent-free 2-component polyurethane injection resin. The PU system resulting from the combination of polyols with special additives and isocyanate offers structural bonding and waterproofing performance compliant with
DIN V 18028 in a single operation.
Use
RASCOflex PU112 is a polyurethane injection resin for structural
bonding and waterproofing of cracks in concrete elements, soft
ground, rock, masonry etc. Its adjustable gel time, low viscosity
and ability to cure with or without water makes it suitable for
universal application.
RASCOflex PU118X LM
RASCOflex PU118X LM is an elastic, low-viscosity, alkaline, solvent-free, two component polyurethane injection grout.
Use
RASCOflex PU118X LM is used for the dynamic waterproofing / bonding of cracks, joints and voids in various areas of construction. The product‘s reaction and properties can be modified as required during injection. For dry and water applications. The product is ideal for ground injection systems, but also for RASCOtec injection channels or other injection hose systems.
RASCOflex PU309L
RASCOflex PU309L is a slow-reacting polyurethane injection resin for waterproofing and consolidation of dry to water-bearing soft ground, rock, concrete and masonry etc.
Use
Its long gel times, controlled viscosity and reaction behaviour upon contact with water make it ideal for waterproofing in case of low water flow speeds, both above water and underwater. Applications include consolidation and waterproofing of porous concrete, masonry, rock and soft ground as well as structural, waterproof filling of cracks, joints and voids.

RASCOflex PU309N is a fast-reacting polyurethane injection resin for waterproofing and consolidation of dry to water-bearing soft ground, rock, concrete and masonry etc.

Its short gel times, high viscosity and reaction behaviour upon contact with water make it ideal for waterproofing against hydrostatic pressure in case of low to medium water flow speeds, both above water and underwater. Applications include combating water ingress into excavations, tunnels, drains, sewers, canals and hydraulic structures as well as structural, waterproof filling of cracks, joints and voids.

RASCOflex PU309F is a solvent-free, very highly reactive, fast reacting and strongly foaming 2-component polyurethane injection resin. Foaming takes place independently of contact with water. The final foam body is viscoplastic and form-stable.

RASCOflex PU309S+ is a PUR injection resin for waterproofing and consolidation of dry to water-bearing cracks or defects in loose rock, concrete, masonry etc. Due to its very fast reaction time it is very well suited for waterproofing under the most difficult conditions. Fields of application are quick stopping of water ingress in construction pits, basements and hydraulic structures, even at low temperatures.

RASCOflex PU512F
RASCOflex PU512F is a polyurethane-based, 1-component injection
grout which foams upon contact with water. It is primarily used to
provide a quick, temporary seal against leakages.
Use
RASCOflex PU512F is suitable wherever a temporary barrier
against water pressure is required or large voids have to be
filled economically for a limited period, e.g. for ground anchors
or grouting behind diaphragm, contiguous pile or sheet pile
walling.
RASCOflex PU516F
RASCOflex PU516F is a polyurethane-based injection grout for
1-component application which foams heavily upon contact with
water. The resulting closed-cell foam is flexible and tear-resistant.
Use
RASCOflex PU516F is suitable for providing a temporary barrier
against water pressure or for pre-injection prior to the permanent
waterproofing of cracks and construction joints subject to heavy
water ingress and high hydrostatic pressures.
RASCOflex GT781 is a two-component, hydrophobic PUR injection foam based on MDI.
Use
RASCOflex GT781 is used as a two-component polyurethane injection foam for stabilization of foundation, strata, soil consolidation, raising sunken slabs and pavements, void fi lling, consolidation of fractured rock and coal (penetrates cracks > 0.15 mm) and underpinning.
RASCOflex GT551
RASCOflex GT551 is a polyurethane-based injection grout for
1-component application which foams heavily upon contact with water.
It is used for halting water infiltration and for the ductile injection of
wet or water-bearing (flowing water) cracks in tunnelling and special geotechnical works.
Use
RASCOflex GT551 is suitable wherever a waterproof barrier against
hydrostatic pressure or the ductile waterproofing of wet or water-bearing
(flowing water) cracks is required. The resulting partly closed-cell foam is flexible and tear-resistant.
