Structural injections
Loose ground below building foundations can soon bring about structural damage and, in turn, allow water infiltration into masonry.
Structural injections serve to strengthen and stabilize the subsoil. At the same time, a barrier can be installed against groundwater under hydrostatic pressure.
Various injection products are available for this purpose, with selection depending on subsoil composition. Foaming resins are unsuitable for this type of consolidating injection as their volumetric expansion may ultimately increase the instabilityof the foundations.
