Subsequent stabilisation
Pre-emptive stabilisation for subsequent demolition
Void filling is used to specifically fill cavities in the subsoil, compact the ground and permanently restore the load-bearing capacity of foundations and floor slabs. Common causes of voids include washouts, settlement or structural changes in the ground.
Through targeted injection, voids are completely filled, the subsoil is compacted and load transfer is evenly redistributed into the ground. Depending on the system, expansion may also occur, stabilising adjacent loose zones.
RASCOR offers tailored injection solutions for void filling in building construction, civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
Void filling primarily restores load-bearing capacity by closing voids and loose zones in the subsoil. Slab lifting uses the same injection process but additionally aims to precisely lift sunken structures through controlled expansion. In practice, both methods are often combined.
RASCOR has been developing and delivering specialised injection and stabilisation solutions for infrastructure and construction projects worldwide for decades. Our systems are used by construction companies, infrastructure operators and engineers who require reliable, long-lasting waterproofing solutions.
We support you in selecting the right system – tailored to your application, requirements and project conditions.
